The City of Tshwane-based needed a real-time bus tracking solution for its public transport network. We built a Progressive Web App using Next.js, Supabase, and Mapbox that allows commuters to track bus locations in real time, view arrival estimates, and plan routes — all from their phone browser without downloading an app.
The system integrates with the city's existing fleet management data and provides a driver-facing interface for route logging. The PWA approach meant zero App Store friction and instant access for commuters.

We developed a custom web-based ordering platform with real-time menu management, WhatsApp order notifications, and integrated payment processing via Payfast.
The platform was built with Hugo for the marketing pages and a React-based ordering flow, deployed on cost-effective shared hosting. Staff can update menus, prices, and availability from a simple admin panel.
